Tania’s career in planning commenced in 1989 working for local government.

Following a period in London, Tania worked for central government before joining Auckland City Council. In the 10 years with Auckland City, Tania was involved with resource consents, project management of complex and litigious resource management issues, and provision of professional standards and training for resource consent staff and consultants.

Since 2003, Tania has been a director of Richmond Planning Limited. Tania has a comprehensive understanding of planning practice and offers clients solution focused advice.
